Is my FireWire device compatible with my FireWire adapter?

Due to the wide range of FireWire (IEEE 1394) chipsets and cards available today it is not possible for us to test every possible configuration. In many situations users will not experience any problems using their Focusrite product with their current setup. However, if you are having difficulties with your unit, one thing to take into consideration while troubleshooting is your FireWire bus and card compatibility.

You can download our FireWire compatibility article from here.

If you know of a FireWire card that you know to work or not work with our products, please contact us here to let us know so that we can make the list more comprehensive.
