All Focusrite USB interfaces are now compatible with Windows on Arm
You're just a free download away from recording, podcasting, or streaming on the next generation of Windows devices.
Windows on Arm is a version of Windows built specifically for the Arm-based processors, increasingly found in the latest laptops and tablets. But up until now, most interfaces, including our own, have not been compatible with these devices.
Today, that changes with the introduction of new drivers for all our USB audio interfaces. If you’re using Windows for Arm, you’re just a free download away from mixing, producing, podcasting, or streaming on your device of choice with the audio quality and stable performance you’ve come to expect from us.
"We're excited to be able to provide full driver support for our USB audio interfaces on the Windows on Arm platform,” says Jack Cole, Focusrite’s Product Manager for Drivers. “This allows our users to enjoy the great sound and reliability they've come to expect from their Focusrite interface alongside the performance and battery life of the latest generation of Qualcomm Snapdragon-powered laptops.
“Going forward we will be supporting Intel, AMD and Arm-based Windows systems, with future driver updates continuing to improve performance across all platforms."
