Tape Suite by UVI available for registered Focusrite customers
Registered Focusrite customers can now claim Tape Suite — four analogue tape effect plugins from UVI at no additional cost. The offer runs from June 18th to August 20th.
What is Tape Suite?
Tape Suite brings analogue tape character into your DAW. Each of the four plugins is built on a physical model of real magnetic tape hardware, from studio reel-to-reel machines to worn out cassette recorders.
The four plugins
- Delay delivers rich, rhythmic echoes with real tape movement and depth. Four individual heads with adjustable pan and selectable feedback give it a wide creative range.
- Flanger features through-zero tape flanging, controlled manually or via LFO with optional host sync — smooth, velvety modulation.
- Chorus adds width and warmth with up to eight voices and adjustable stereo spread. At lower settings it thickens your sound subtly, while extreme settings push into more saturated, unusual territory.
- Color delivers tape saturation and colouration drawn from real vintage tape hardware covers everything from soft warmth to more pronounced, supernatural sounds.
